Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the booked event time. Any required deposit paid at time of booking is non-refundable. We will work with to reschedule this service to another date, based availability per our pre-existing bookings. In the event of rain, we will need a sheltered area available to set up and protect the food. For food safety, we ask for an indoor or air-conditioned area to be provided when temperatures reach 95 F or above.
